About Rutland Deli
I have been passionate about food since childhood.
I was born and raised in Leicestershire, developing my love of cooking from my home economics-teaching mum, who instilled in me the importance of top quality ingredients.
After working in the property world for 10 years I decided to turn my true passion into a living - hence the arrival of The Rutland Deli.
I recently appeared on ITV1s Taste the Nation representing Leicestershire and Rutland under the guidance of Anthony Worrall Thompson and I spend most of my waking moments sourcing ingredients and new suppliers, dreaming up new recipes or eating out at the area's top restaurants.
I love entertaining friends, cooking my own recipes and am totally committed to supporting producers of local food wherever possible.
